Eldon Beau Boulter (born February 23, 1942) is an American politician. He served as a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the 13th district of Texas. Boulter was born in El Paso, Texas. He and his family moved to Levelland, Texas. He attended Levelland High School, graduating in 1960. Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
