Les Hunter (Hollyoaks)
Les Hunter is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by John Graham Davies. Development On the official ''Hollyoaks'' website, Les is described as "stubborn and strong-minded, but cursed with a fondness for alcohol." Les's mother Lillian Hunter (Judith Barker) was introduced in early 2003. Producer Jo Hallows said Lillian represents every in-law people dread coming to stay, and called her "a witch". She also explained "You start to see why Les turned out the way he did!" Les has "weathered a rocky marriage" to Sally Hunter (Katherine Dow-Blyton) but the pair manage to reconcile. Les' eldest daughter, Ellie Mills (Sarah Baxendale) went missing in Ibiza for two years but later returns home. The ordeal left Les relying on alcohol to seek comfort from her disappearance. John Graham Davies
John Graham-Davies is a Canadian/British actor, writer, and left-wing political activist, most famous for playing Les Hunter in the soap-opera ''Hollyoaks'' from 2001 to 2005. During his early career Graham-Davies was a member of the Canadian National Theater, appearing in ''Troilus and Cressida'', ''Camino Real'' and touring nationally in ''Hamlet''. He was in the original cast of John Godber's 1983 play ''Bouncers''. He worked at a number of theatres in the eighties and nineties, including Leeds Playhouse, where he played John Proctor in Arthur Miller's ''The Crucible'', as well as the Sheffield Crucible Theatre, Nottingham Playhouse, Swan Theatre, Worcester and the Manchester Library Theatre, and with various political theatre companies, including 7:84 England. Toby Mills
Toby Mills is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', who arrived on 14 November 2001 played by Henry Luxemburg until 24 October 2003. Henry Luxembourg went on to be an icon of St Anselms college where he currently teaches English. Storylines Toby first appears as the friend of Dan Hunter (Andrew McNair). Mark Powley
Mark Powley (born 4 October 1963) is a British actor known for his work on television. He appeared in 88 episodes of police drama ''The Bill'' as P.C Melvin (1987–1990), and as builder Tom in BBC sitcom ''Next of Kin'' for 2 series (1995–1996). Johnno Dean
Johnno Dean is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played originally by Mark Powley. He first appeared in October 2002, and from April 2003 was replaced by Colin Wells until his exit on 22 July 2005. The character returned on 26 to 31 October 2017 for a guest stint to coincide with the exit of his former wife, Frankie Osborne (Helen Pearson). Casting Mark Powley originally played Johnno but the role was recast in 2003 with Colin Wells. Hollyoaks did not anticipate Johnno becoming a central character. Andrew Robert McNair (born 15 June 1979) is an English actor, probably best known for his role on Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks''. Career McNair began his television career in 2001 on Channel 4's ''Hollyoaks''. He played the role of mechanic Dan Hunter for three years, appearing at the very centre of many of the show's most high-profile storylines, until he quit the show in 2004. Andy McNair made his final appearance as Dan in December 2004, which his character was killed off in a car explosion.
