Lee Dong-hwan
Lee Dong-hwan ( ko, 이동환; born 9 April 1987), also known as D. H. Lee, is a South Korean professional golfer. Professional career Lee played on the Japan Golf Tour where he has won twice: the Gateway to The Open Mizuno Open Yomiuri Classic in 2007 and the Toshin Golf Tournament in LakeWood in 2011. Lee was a medalist at the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament in December 2012 and began to play on the PGA Tour in 2013. In 2017, Lee claimed his first Web.com Tour win at the United Leasing & Finance Championship. He shot a final round 74 to beat Jason Gore by one shot. With three top-25 finishes in the 2017 season, Lee finished 20th on the Regular Season money list. Bonallack Trophy
The Bonallack Trophy is an amateur golf competition on the model of the Ryder Cup which opposes every two years a European team and a team representing Asia/Pacific. The venue alternates between courses in Europe and Asia/Pacific. The first competition took place in 1998 in Perth, Australia. Since 2016 it has been held concurrently with the women's Patsy Hankins Trophy. Europe leads the series 7 wins to 3. Format The Bonallack Trophy involves various match play competitions between players selected from two teams of twelve representing Europe and Asia/Pacific. Frankie Miñoza
Francisco "Frankie" Miñoza (born 29 December 1959) is a Filipino professional golfer. Miñoza has played extensively in Asia, winning a number of tournaments on the leading Asian and Japanese tours in addition to many lesser events on the local circuits, especially in the Philippines and Malaysia. In 1990 he won three times on the Asia Golf Circuit and topped the tour's Order of Merit. He spent most of the following years, and had his most notable successes, on the Japan Golf Tour. The is a professional golf tournament on the Japan Golf Tour. It is played at the ABC Golf Club in Katō, Hyōgo, usually in October or November. It was founded in 1971 as a Japan vs. United States team match (there was also individual prize money and the event counted as an official win on tour). In 1988, it became a full-field individual event. The event is sponsored by Asahi Broadcasting Corporation and Mynavi Corporation. History The tournament was founded in 1971 as the Miki Gold Cup, a nine-man team match between golfers from Japan and the United States.
