Leadership Of Communist Kyrgyzstan
In 1919, the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Oblast was created in Soviet Russia. This was the precursor to the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic (commonly known as Kirghizia) which was established in 1936 as republic in its own right within the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). With the Soviet Union came electricity, water, irrigation, industrialization and literacy to Kyrgyzstan, and the other Soviet Central Asian countries. Scholars such as Alec Nove and J.A. Newth have argued that most development indicators suggests that the Soviet Muslim countries far-exceeded those Muslim countries outside the Soviet sphere of influence. The administrative, political and economic system was revolutionary by Kyrgiz standards, however, numerical indicators of development only partially supports this view, with one claiming that 63.2% of Kyrgyzstan's population still lived in rural areas. Iskhak Razzakov
Iskhak Razzakov ( ky, Исхак Раззакович Раззаков, Iskhak Razzakovich Razzakov; 25 October 1910 – 18 March 1979) was a Kyrgyz politician who served as the first secretary of Communist Party of Kirghizia from 7 July 1950 to 9 May 1961. Early life Razzakov was born in Khorāsān on 25 October 1910. Razzakov lost his mother at the age of three, his father died two years later. His relatives sent him to a shelter where he was taught various languages. Razzakov studied in Uzbekistan and Russia. He taught social studies at Samarkand, Uzbekistan. He was not an Uzbek, but a Kyrgyz. Coat Of Arms Of The Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic
The coat of arms of the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic was adopted on March 23, 1937, by the government of the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic. The coat of arms is based on the coat of arms of the Soviet Union. It shows symbols of agriculture (cotton and wheat) on a backdrop of the Ala-Too mountain ranges, surrounded by a frame of folk art of the Kyrgyz people. The red star was added in 1948. The rising sun stands for the future of the Kyrgyz nation, the star as well as the hammer and sickle for the victory of communism and the "worldwide socialist community of states". The higher banner bears the Soviet Union state motto ("Workers of the world, unite!") in both Russian and Kyrgyz languages. Turdakun Usubalievich Usubaliev (russian: Турдакун Усубалиевич Усубалиев; ky, Турдакун Усубалиевич Усубалиев, translit=Turdakun Usubalievich Usubaliev); 6 November 1919 – 7 September 2015) was a Soviet Union-era Kyrgyz politician and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan in the period 1961–1985. Kyrgyz People
The Kyrgyz people (also spelled Kyrghyz, Kirgiz, and Kirghiz; ) are a Turkic ethnic group native to Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan is the nation state of the Kyrgyz people and significant diaspora can be found in China, Russia, and Uzbekistan. They speak the Kyrgyz language, the official language of Kyrgyzstan. The earliest Kyrgyz people were the descendants of several central Asian tribes, first emerging in western Mongolia around 201 BC. Modern Kyrgyz people are descended from the Yenisei Kyrgyz that lived in the Yenisey river valley in Siberia. Apas Jumagulovich Jumagulov ( ky, Апас Жумагулович (Жумагул уулу) Жумагулов, Apas Zhumaghulovich (Zhumaghul uulu) Zhumaghulov) (born 19 September 1934) served as the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan from 14 December 1993 to 24 March 1998. Abdukadyr Urazbekov ( ky, Абдыкадыр Орозбеков; 1889 Ohna, Fergana Oblast, Russian Empire – November 1938 Tash-Döbö, Chüy Region, KSSR, USSR) was the Chairman of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the Kirghiz ASSR (1927–1937) and the first Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic (1937).
