Lazar Magdinčev
Lazar Magdinčev (born 15 December 1980) is a Macedonian former professional tennis player. Born in Skopje, Magdinčev reached a career best ranking of 339 for singles and 267 for doubles while competing on the professional tour. He won an ATP Challenger doubles title in Brașov in 2006. Magdinčev played for the Macedonia Davis Cup team between 1996 and 1998, then again from 2004 to 2011. He had victories against Gilles Müller and Ernests Gulbis, amongst his 15 singles wins. In doubles he won a total of 20 rubbers, which included 14 partnering Predrag Rusevski, making them Macedonia's most successful doubles pair. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The ATP Challenger Tour, known until the end of 2008 as the ATP Challenger Series, is a series of international men's professional tennis tournaments. The Challenger Tour events are the second-highest tier of tennis competition, behind the ATP Tour. The ITF World Tennis Tour tournaments are on the entry-level of international professional tennis competition. The ATP Challenger Tour is administered by the Association of Tennis Professionals. Gilles Müller
Gilles Müller (; born 9 May 1983) is a former professional tennis player from Luxembourg. He is a two-time Grand Slam quarterfinalist and the most successful male tennis player in the history of his country. Müller won two titles on the ATP World Tour and achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 21 on 31 July 2017. He was known for his powerful left-handed serve and excellent net skills. Following his retirement, Müller was appointed as Luxembourg's Davis Cup team captain. Ernests Gulbis (, born 30 August 1988, nicknamed "Lord", "The Gull" or "Ernie") is a Latvian professional tennis player. In 2008, Gulbis won his first ATP Tour doubles title at the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships, teaming with Rainer Schüttler, and in 2010, he won his first ATP Tour singles title in the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships, Delray Beach, defeating Ivo Karlović in the final. Robin Haase (; born 6 April 1987) is a Dutch professional tennis player. He reached his career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 33 in July 2012, and has won two singles titles, at the Austrian Open in both 2011 and 2012. Michal Navrátil (born 20 November 1982) is a former professional tennis player from the Czech Republic. Biography Early life Born in Přerov, he is the son of former player and later Davis Cup captain Jaroslav Navrátil. As a youngster the left-hander trained at the National Tennis Centre in Moravia. He and Ladislav Chramosta made the 1999 Australian Open boys' doubles final, which they lost in three sets to Kristian Pless and Jürgen Melzer.
