Laurits Munch-Petersen (born on July 19, 1973; in Copenhagen) is a Danish film director who graduated from The National Film School of Denmark with his Oscar-winning diploma film "Between Us" (:da:Mellem os, Mellem Os) in 2004. This film won 13 international film awards and became the most award-winning film in the history of The National Film School of Denmark. The National Film School of Denmark ( da, Den Danske Filmskole) is an independent institution under the Ministry of Culture of Denmark, Danish Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Ambulance (2022 Film)
''Ambulance'' is a 2022 American action thriller film directed and co-produced by Michael Bay and written by Chris Fedak. A co-production between New Republic Pictures, Project X Entertainment and Bay Films, it is based on the 2005 Danish film of the same name by Laurits Munch-Petersen and Lars Andreas Pedersen. It stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Eiza González and follows two adoptive siblings (Gyllenhaal and Abdul-Mateen) turned bank robbers who hijack an ambulance and take two first responders hostage. Ursula Munch-Petersen
Ursula Munch-Petersen (born 29 December 1937) is a Danish ceramist. Biography Born in Rønne on the island of Bornholm, Ursula Munch-Petersen is the daughter of Gustaf and Lisbeth Munch-Petersen, both of whom were also ceramists and potters. She attended the Kunsthåndværkerskolen (design school) in Copenhagen from 1956 to 1960 and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1970 to 1972. In 1962, she married the artist Erik Hagens. She grew up on Bornholm and after graduating from the Academy, worked for a year in the family business in Rønne. In 1978, she acquired her own studio on Møn. Munch-Petersen's work extends from artistically designed individual items to mass-produced series of tableware. In the 1960s, she designed for Bing and Grøndahl but later worked for Royal Copenhagen. Erik Hagens
Erik Hagens (born 21 April 1940) is a Danish painter and illustrator. He is best known for his 40-metre-long mural ''Esbjerg-evangeliet. Biography Born in Copenhagen, Hagens is the son of the civil engineer Poul Gunnar Hagens and Elsa Margareta Silwer, a weaver. He studied painting at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1961 to 1966 and was trained as a lithographer at the experimental art school, Eks-skolen. Gustaf Munch-Petersen (February 18, 1912 – April 2, 1938) was a Danish writer and painter. He wrote surreal prose poems, considered groundbreaking in his time, which have inspired later writers. Biography Gustaf Munch-Petersen grew up in a rich and respectable home; he was one of the four sons of Valfrid Palmgren (1877–1967), a Swedish-born associate professor in Swedish at Copenhagen University and (1873–1939), professor in Engineering Research at the Polytechnic School.
