Lauren Pattison is an English comedian from Newcastle upon Tyne, Newcastle. She was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe for her debut show ''Lady Muck'', and for Best Show in 2022 for ''It Is What It Is''. Career Pattison was a finalist in the 2015 Chortle Awards, Chortle Student Comedy Awards and the 2016 BBC New Comedy Award. She was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at the 2017 Edinburgh Comedy Awards, Edinburgh Festival Fringe for her show ''Lady Muck''. Having started doing comedy aged 18, after university Pattison supported Katherine Ryan on tour. Pattison has played at comedy festivals and toured in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. BBC Three
BBC Three is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel owned and operated by the BBC. Jayde Pricilla Gail Adams (born 26 November 1984) is a British comedian, actress, writer and opera singer from Bristol. She is the winner of the 2014 Funny Women Award. Career Adams started performing stand-up comedy in 2011, following the premature death from an inoperable brain tumour of her sister Jenna, with whom she had danced competitively for 13 years at her aunt's dance school in Bristol. Campaign Against Living Miserably, or CALM, is a registered charity based in England. CALM run a free, confidential and anonymous helpline as well as a webchat service, offering help, advice and information to anyone who is struggling or in crisis. History Pilot and relaunch CALM was initially a Department of Health pilot project launched late in 1997 in Manchester with the help of Tony Wilson, and then rolled out to Merseyside in 2000. It was a helpline targeted specifically at young men who were unlikely to contact mainstream services and who were at greater risk of suicide. Jane Powell was commissioned to launch the project and ran it until 2000.
