''Later... with Jools Holland'' (also known as ''Even Later... with Jools Holland'', and previously known as ''Later Live... with Jools Holland'' and ''...Later with Jools Holland'') is a contemporary British music television show hosted by Jools Holland. A spin-off of '' The Late Show'', it has been running in short series since 8 October 1992 and is now part of BBC Two's ''Saturday Night Music'' block, usually broadcast at around 10pm The day of transmission has varied over the years, but it is usually recorded on a Tuesday for Saturday broadcast and features a mixture of both established and new musical artists, from solo performers to bands and larger ensembles. The show is considered an institution, having notched up millions of fans around the world. Jools Holland
Julian Miles Holland, (born 24 January 1958) is an English pianist, bandleader, singer, composer and television presenter. He was an original member of the band Squeeze and has worked with many artists including Jayne County, Sting, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, George Harrison, David Gilmour, Magazine, The The, Ringo Starr and Bono. From 1982 until 1987, he co-presented the Channel 4 music programme '' The Tube''. Since 1992, he has hosted '' Later... with Jools Holland'', a music-based show aired on BBC2, on which his annual show '' Hootenanny'' is based. Holland is a published author and appears on television shows besides his own and contributes to radio shows. In 2004 he collaborated with Tom Jones on an album of traditional R&B music. HRT 2 (HTV 2, ''"Drugi program"'') is a Croatian free-to-air television channel, operated by Hrvatska Radiotelevizija (HRT). Its line-up focuses mainly on entertainment, although it also broadcasts news and documentaries. A new broadcast of HRT2, HRT2 No Latency was launched on the 20th of November 2022, available only on the HRTi streaming service, following the opening of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
