''Lastikman'' is a 2003 Filipino Superhero film, superhero film based on the comic book character Lastikman, written and directed by Tony Y. Reyes. It stars Vic Sotto, Donita Rose, Michael V., Jeffrey Quizon, Michelle Bayle, Anne Curtis, Oyo Boy Sotto, Ryan Eigenmann, Pocholo Montes, Elizabeth Oropesa, Lito Legaspi, Evangeline Pascual, and Joonee Gamboa. Produced by Sotto's M-ZET TV Production, ''Lastikman'' is the second film adaptation of the character, nearly 38 years from when the first adaptation, ''Lastik Man'', was released in 1965. The film's special effects were by Tony Gapo Marbella, credited under "Special Effectsman", while its post-production was handled by RoadRunner (division), RoadRunner Network. The film was released through OctoArts Films on January 1, 2003, as part of the 2002 Metro Manila Film Festival, 28th Metro Manila Film Festival. Marvic Valentin Castelo Sotto (; born April 28, 1954), professionally known as Vic Sotto, is a Filipino actor, singer and comedian known far and wide for his various television and film projects on the major Philippine television networks GMA, TV5, and ABS-CBN. He is one of three pioneer hosts of ''Eat Bulaga!'', which is the longest-running Philippine noontime variety show. Sotto is also a veteran actor and host in the entertainment industry. Lastikman, originally spelled Lastik Man, is a fictional character and Filipino comics superhero created by Mars Ravelo and artist Mar T. Santana. Lastikman or the original spelling of Lastik Man debuted in comics format in ''Aliwan Komiks'' #56 (December 7, 1964). Francis Pancratius "Kiko" Nepomuceno Pangilinan (; born August 24, 1963) is a Filipino lawyer, politician, and farm owner who served as a Senator from 2001 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2022. He was the Senate Majority Leader from 2004 to 2008.
