Lars Friis
Lars Friis (born 1976) is a Danish football coach who is the current assistant of Brian Priske in Czech First League club Sparta Prague. Friis has a UEFA Pro coaching license. Career Friis began his coaching career in 1999 at FC Midtjylland, where he was until 2015, when he also left the club shortly after Glen Riddersholm's departure. Soon after, he accompanied Riddersholm to AGF as an assistant. In the spring of 2018, he was offered to join Brentford FC as a development coach, but after a year he returned to AGF as an assistant, now for David Nielsen. In January 2021, he took up his first head coaching position when he joined Viborg FF. In January 2022 he was signed by AaB, but was unable to get out of his contract with Viborg until AaB in March 2022 paid compensation, which meant that Friis started as AaB manager on 9 March 2022. David Nielsen
David Jean Nielsen (born 1 December 1976) is a Danish former professional footballer and manager. He played for a number of Danish clubs, as well as Fortuna Düsseldorf in Germany and English clubs Grimsby Town, Wimbledon and Norwich City. His greatest triumph was the 1997 Danish Cup victory, which he won with Danish club F.C. Copenhagen. He played 46 matches and scored 33 goals for various Danish youth national teams between 1992 and 1997, including eight games and three goals for the Denmark U21 national team. Nielsen has attracted controversy at various times in his career for falling into serious gambling debt, assaulting a teammate and then, in November 2008, admitting matchfixing in a Danish game played in 2004. The 2022–23 Danish Superliga (officially the 3F Superliga for sponsorship purposes) is the 33rd season of the Danish Superliga. Copenhagen are the defending champions. The season is currently scheduled to begin on July 15 and scheduled to end in May 2023. Teams Vejle and SønderjyskE finished the 2021–22 season in 11th and 12th place, respectively, and were relegated to the 2022–23 1st Division. Glen Riddersholm
Glen Riddersholm (born 24 April 1972) is a Danish football manager. He is the current manager of Allsvenskan club IFK Norrköping. Coaching career He started as youth coach at Ikast fS and continued in this job, when the club merged with Herning Fremad to form FC Midtjylland. In 2006, he replaced Hans Brun Larsen as the manager of the Danish national under-17 football team. After two years in this job he returned to Midtjylland to become assistant manager. When Allan Kuhn resigned on 15 April 2011, Riddersholm was promoted to the position as head coach. Riddersholm led the club to its first Danish championship in the 2014-15 Danish Superliga, but shortly after he resigned as manager of the club. Czech First League
The Czech First League, known as the Fortuna liga for sponsorship reasons, is a Czech professional league for football clubs. At the top of the Czech football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Seasons typically run from August to May, most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays with few games played on Fridays. All Fortuna liga clubs qualify for the Czech Cup. The history of the Czech football league began with its reorganization for the 1993–94 season following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia and therefore the league became the successor of the Czechoslovak League. Brian Priske
Brian Priske Pedersen (born 14 May 1977) is a Danish professional football manager and former player, who is the current head coach of Czech First League club Sparta Prague. Priske played as a defender during his playing career. He played 24 matches for the Denmark national football team from 2003 to 2007, and represented Denmark at the 2004 European Championship (Euro 2004) tournament. Club career Born in Horsens, Priske started his career for Danish club Stensballe IK, a Horsens suburb club. Still a youth, he moved to Horsens Forenede Sportsklubber (HFS), now called AC Horsens.
