Lans, Tyrol
Lans is a town in the district of Innsbruck Land in the Austrian state of Tyrol. The village is located 8 km (15 minutes by car) south of the city of Innsbruck. Lans is located on the old salt road and first mentioned in 1180 as "Lannes". The main attractions are the lake Lanser See, several good restaurants (Wilder Mann, Isserwirt, Walzl) and the health center Lanserhof. Boutigny-sur-Essonne (, literally ''Boutigny on Essonne'') is a commune in the Essonne department in Île-de-France in northern France. Lanser Moor
The Fen of Lans (also Lanser Moor or Water Lily Pond) is located north above Lake Lans at an altitude of 582 metres in the Paschberg forest. With an area of 8000 m² and a depth of 3 metres the lake is much smaller than its neighbour. To keep its natural beauty intact, bathing and swimming was already forbidden by the city administration of Innsbruck very early. The lake is under nature conservation. The muddy water has reed-lined shores which often hide big quicksand-like puddles. The water quality fluctuates between A and B grade. Hellmut Lantschner (11 November 1909 – 4 July 1993) was an Austrian and German alpine skier and world champion. He first competed for Austria, and from 1935 for Germany. Christian Berger
Christian Berger (born 13 January 1945) is an Austrian cinematographer. His 1985 film '' Raffl'' was entered into the 14th Moscow International Film Festival. He is mostly known for his work with Michael Haneke. In February 2010, Berger was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Cinematography for his work on '' The White Ribbon'' at the 82nd Academy Awards. He also won the ASC Award for Best Cinematography for the same film. Berger invented the ''Cine Reflect Lighting System'' which he used on his latest films. Besides his work as director of photography he also teaches cinematography at the Vienna Film Academy. Berger is married to actress Marika Green, and is thus the uncle of Eva Green. Erik Maria Ritter von Kuehnelt-Leddihn (; 31 July 1909 – 26 May 1999) was an Austrian political scientist and philosopher. He opposed the ideas of the French Revolution as well as those of communism and Nazism. Describing himself as a "conservative arch-liberal" or "extreme liberal", Kuehnelt-Leddihn often argued that majority rule in democracies is a threat to individual liberties, and declared himself a monarchist and an enemy of all forms of totalitarianism, although he also supported what he defined as "non-democratic republics," such as Switzerland and the early United States. Aldrans is a municipality in the Innsbruck-Land District, Tyrol (Austria) at an altitude of , which had an area of and 2,496 inhabitants as January 2015.
