Lam Wing-kei
Lam Wing-kee (, born December 1955) is a Hong Kong businessman and book seller. He is the owner of Causeway Bay Books in Taipei, a book store first located in Causeway Bay in Hong Kong and most well known for its provision of politically-related publications. In late 2015, he went missing along with four other staff members of the book store, sparking international concern. Disappearance Lam is the founder of Causeway Bay Books. He habitually spent long hours at the bookshop and occasionally slept there. On 24 October 2015, he went missing, as part of the disappearances of several members of the book store. His wife filed a missing persons report with the police on 5 November and his family received a telephone call from him several hours later in which he refused to reveal his whereabouts. The Fugitive Offenders and Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Legislation (Amendment) Bill 2019 () was a proposed bill regarding extradition to amend the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance () in relation to special surrender arrangements and the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Ordinance () so that arrangements for mutual legal assistance can be made between Hong Kong and any place outside Hong Kong. The bill was proposed by the Hong Kong government in February 2019 to establish a mechanism for transfers of fugitives not only for Taiwan, but also for Mainland China and Macau, which are currently excluded in the existing laws. Luo Wen-jia (; Hakka: Lò Vùn-kâ; born 1 January 1966) is a Taiwanese politician. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, Luo worked closely with Chen Shui-bian, first as Chen's legislative assistant, and later within Taipei City Government while Chen was mayor.
