Lőrinc Mészáros
Lőrincz Mészáros (born 24 February 1966) is a Hungarian businessman, and former politician, who served as Mayor of the hungarian village Felcsút between 2011 and 2018 . With an estimated wealth of 407.7 billion forint ($1.3 billion) as of 2019, he is, according to ''Forbes'', the richest person in Hungary. Several media outlets refer to him as " oligarch". His personality generates regular social discourse, because from a gas-fitter close to bankruptcy, Mészáros became the richest man of Hungary in a matter of years – what several analysts explain with him having close ties to high-ranking members of the Fidesz party. Felcsút
Felcsút is a village in Fejér county, Hungary. History The village was first mentioned in 1269 where its name was originated from the personal name "Csút". ("fel-" felső"means "upper" in Hungarian.) In the Middle Ages the owners were crusaders from Székesfehérvár and in the 15th century became property of the Pálos rend. Owners and inhabitants were often changed between the 16th century and 19th century. The Roman Catholic church was built in classicist style between 1828 and 1840, and the Reformed church was finished by 1895. A big change was the building of the railway which connected the village to the rest of the country, which was discontinued since. Economy In 2009 Felcsút became the richest Hungarian settlement by capita (171 092 HUF), pushing 2nd and 12th district of Budapest to the 2nd and 3rd place. Paks Nuclear Power Plant
The Paks Nuclear Power Plant ( hu, Paksi atomerőmű), located from the small town of Paks, central Hungary, is the first and only operating nuclear power station in Hungary. In 2019, its four reactors produced more than 50% of Hungary's electricity production. Technical parameters VVER is the Soviet designation for a pressurized water reactor. The number following VVER, in this case 440, represents the power output of the original design. The VVER-440 Model V213 was a product of the first uniform safety requirements drawn up by the Soviet designers. This model includes added emergency core cooling and auxiliary feedwater systems as well as upgraded accident localization systems. Hegyvidék (german: Bergland, literally "''Highlands''", or "''Mountain-land''") is the official name of the XII district of Budapest ( hu, Budapest XII. kerülete), capital of Hungary. It is a region of Buda, on the west bank of river Danube. Pancho Aréna
Pancho Aréna is a stadium in Felcsút, Hungary. It is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and is the home stadium of Puskás Akadémia FC. Between 2015 and 2018, the stadium was the home also for the three-time champions Fehérvár FC due to the reconstruction of Sóstói Stadion. History The stadium was opened on 21 April 2014 with the final of the 2014 Puskás Cup. On 26 April 2014, the first Hungarian League match was played at the stadium between Puskás Akadémia FC, Puskás Akadémia and Videoton FC, Videoton. The match ended with 3–1 away win. Mihály Varga (born 26 January 1965) is a Hungarian politician, current Minister of Finance (previously Minister of National Economy) since 2013. Lake Balaton
Lake Balaton () is a freshwater lake in the Transdanubian region of Hungary. It is the largest lake in Central Europe, and one of the region's foremost tourist destinations.
