Lê Hồng Anh
Lê Hồng Anh (born November 12, 1949) is a Vietnamese politician who was the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam from 2002 to 2011. He was conferred the rank of General by the President of Vietnam on January 9, 2005. The Permanent Member of the Secretariat, officially the Permanent Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee's Secretariat ( vi, Thường trực Ban Bí thư Trung ương Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam), is a senior position within the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Permanent Member is appointed by the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Politburo, and is responsible for the management of directives and day-to-day work of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretariat. Vĩnh Thuận is a rural district of Kiên Giang province in the Mekong River Delta The Mekong Delta ( vi, Đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long, lit=Nine Dragon River Delta or simply vi, Đồng Bằng Sông Mê Kông, lit=Mekong River Delta, label=none), also known as the Western Region ( vi, Miền Tây, links=no) or South-weste ... region of Vietnam.
