Luçiano Boçi
Luçiano Boçi is a member of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania for the Democratic Party of Albania. Luciano Boçi is currently the chairman of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Albania. Early life and Politics Boçi born on 26 March 1967 in Elbasan he started out his career as a Professor from 1989 to 1991 at the Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan, University of Elbasan. From 1991 to 2009 as a Pedagog at the university. Eventually Boçi was given the role as Deputy to the Rector of the university and Chief of his department up until 2009 when he began his career as a member of Parliament from 2009 until 2017 and again from 2021. Boçi during the 2021 election campaigning had been caught on video fighting with a Socialist campaigner in Elbasan accusing him of vote buying. Elbasan County
Elbasan County () is one of the 12 counties of Albania. The population is 266,245 (2021), in an area of 3199 km². Its capital is the city Elbasan. Gazment Bardhi
Gazment Bardhi (born 6 July 1986) is an Albanian lawyer and politician who formerly served as Albania's Minister of Justice in 2017. A noted legal expert in albanian politics, he played an important role in the drafting of the much debated ''Vetting Law'', one of the key components of the country's judicial reform process. On January 19, 2019 Bardhi was elected as General Secretary of the Democratic Party, defeating his opponent Dorjan Teliti by a vote of 277–44. Two years later, he was elected member of the assembly on September 10, 2021 to serve in the 31st legislature, representing the Democratic Party in Elbasan. De Jure
In law and government, ''de jure'' ( ; , "by law") describes practices that are legally recognized, regardless of whether the practice exists in reality. In contrast, ("in fact") describes situations that exist in reality, even if not legally recognized. ''De facto'' ( ; , "in fact") describes practices that exist in reality, whether or not they are officially recognized by laws or other formal norms. Sali Berisha
Sali Ram Berisha (; born 15 October 1944) is an Albanian conservative politician and former cardiologist who served as the second President of Albania from 1992 to 1997 and Prime Minister from 2005 to 2013. He is also the current chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania which has been disputed. On 9 September 2021 Berisha was expelled by party chairman Lulzim Basha from the Democratic Party's Parliamentary Group due to legal issues with the US Department of State. Elbasan
Elbasan ( ; sq-definite, Elbasani ) is the fourth most populous city of Albania and seat of Elbasan County and Elbasan Municipality. It lies to the north of the river Shkumbin between the Skanderbeg Mountains and the Myzeqe Plain in central Albania.
