Saya (Sayanci, Zaar) is a Chadic dialect cluster of Nigeria. Whenever Hausa speakers want to sell goods, they normally said "let's go to 'sayawa' or 'buyers' surely they will not fail when it comes to purchasing. That is how the name Sayawa came into existence. To Sayawa speakers, 'Zaar' is their real name down from Chad to their present location. Yakubu Dogara (born 26 December 1967) is a Nigerian politician and lawyer who served as the 14th Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria. Dogara is a member of the PDP who has served as the House of Representatives Member for Bogoro/ Dass/ Tafawa Balewa, Nigeria Federal constituency of Bauchi State since 2007. The Kilba are an ethnic group in the Hong local government area of Adamawa State (formerly Gongola State) in Nigeria. History In the past, Höba lived in large clan-based mountain communities. These mountain communities were Pella, Gwaja, Hong, Kulinyi, Garaha, Bangshika, Miljili, Gaya-jaba, Gaya-maki, Gaya-skalmi, Gaya-gou, Gaya Fa'a, Gaya Jabba, Ndlang, Hyama, Kinking, Motaku, Kwapor, Za and Zivi, all in the present Hong Local Government.
