Moonzy and his friends (russian: Лунтик и его друзья) or simply Luntik (russian: Лунтик), in its English version better known as Moonzy, is a Russian animated series for children. TV broadcast In Russia, the show premiered on the TV channel Россия-1 and was broadcast for 8 years from 1 September 2006 until 15 May 2014. On 16 June 2014, it moved to the channel Россия-К It is also broadcast on Netflix as of 24 March 2008, on Мульт as of 1 June 2014-present. It premiered during Good Night Little Ones. In Ukraine the show airs on channels TET (2011—2016) (Russian original and without subtitles) and Novyi Kanal (2017—2018) (with Ukrainian dubbing). Aleksandr Boyarsky
Aleksandr Ionovich Boyarsky (russian: Алекса́ндр Ио́нович Боя́рский, link=no; born September 28, 1957) is the CEO of the Melnitsa Animation Studio, producer, screenwriter, voice actor, and composer. Biography Aleksandr Boyarsky was born on September 28, 1957, in Šiauliai. He graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Film Engineers in 1987. In 1992, he founded a small recording studio "Midi-Cinema" together with composer Valentin Vasenkov. Since 1999, he is the chief executive officer of the Melnitsa Animation Studio. He is the author of the idea for the animated series "Luntik." On February 28, 2015, he was presented to the Government awards in the field of culture for 2014. Novyi Kanal (Ukrainian: Новий Канал) is a Ukrainian television channel. The channel is a part of the Starlight Media broadcasting group, created by Viktor Pinchuk. History The channel was launched on July 15, 1998. At first, it was broadcast only in Kyiv, but since 1999, it has extended its range to six other regions of Ukraine. Starting in 2000, the channel has been received in more than 17 major cities. Novyi Kanal has been transmitted by satellite since December 20, 2000. Konstantin Eduardovich Bronzit (russian: Константи́н Эдуа́рдович Бронзи́т; born 12 April 1965) is a Russian animator and animation film director and nominated twice for Academy Awards, Oscars. CCTV-14 is a Chinese free-to-air television channel that was launched on 28 December 2003 and is owned by the China Central Television.
