Luke Gerald Michael Thomas (born 19 February 1999) is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for club Bristol Rovers Thomas began his career with Cheltenham Town, before later playing for Derby County & Barnsley. He has also featured on loan for Gloucester City, Coventry City and Ipswich Town. Club career Thomas began his career with National League club Cheltenham Town, making his only first team appearance against Chelmsford City in the FA Trophy. He had a trial with Portuguese club Benfica in 2015. He joined Derby County in January 2016 for an undisclosed transfer fee, signing a two-and-a-half-year professional contract. He had a loan spell with National League North club Gloucester City during the 2016–17 season. Thomas was nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award in September 2017 as a result of his performances for Derby County's under-23 team. Soudley
Soudley is a small village to the west of Cinderford, in the Forest of Dean, west Gloucestershire, England.It joins with Ruspidge to form a civil parish. Nearby attractions include the Dean Heritage Centre, Soudley Ponds and the Blaize Bailey viewpoint. Activities at the Dean Heritage Centre include chain-saw wood carving and courses on manual wood turning to make items such as chairs and candlestick holders. There are also many educational resources available on site and, as a result, the Centre is regularly frequented by schools from the local area and Wales. Michael Duff (footballer)
Michael James Duff (born 11 January 1978) is a Belfast born football manager and former Burnley player who is currently manager of Barnsley. In a career spanning from 1995 to 2016, in which he made over 700 appearances, he played as a defender for Carterton Town, Cheltenham Town, Cirencester Town (on loan) and Burnley. At international level, Duff earned 24 caps for Northern Ireland. From 2018 to 2022, he was the manager of club Cheltenham Town, having previously managed the Burnley reserves for two years. Duff led Cheltenham Town to their first ever automatic promotion from League Two as manager on 27 April 2021. His team subsequently finished the season as League Two champions.
