Luka Marić (footballer, Born 1987)
Luka Marić (born 25 April 1987) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Opatija. Club career Born in Pula, in his first professional season for Istra 1961 he collected 19 caps and scored once during the 2011-12 Prva HNL. In mid-2012 he moved to Rijeka. In November 2014 he moved to Zawisza Bydgoszcz. On 5 July 2015 Marić signed a one-year deal with Iranian club Persepolis. Maric played 20 games in the 2015–16 season for Persepolis and helped the team to a runners up finish in the Persian Gulf Pro League. At the end of the 2015–16 season the club attempted to renegotiate Marić's contract but they could not reach an agreement and he was released. Clubul Sportiv Concordia Chiajna, commonly known as Concordia Chiajna, is a Romanian professional football club based in Chiajna, Ilfov County, which competes in the Liga II. Luka Marić (born 19 July 2002) is an Austrian professional football player who plays as a goalkeeper for Austrian Bundesliga club TSV Hartberg. Early life Luka Marić was born in the district of in Graz, Austria. His father, Šimo (born 1972), an equipment manager who joined Sturm Graz in 1993, emigrated to Austria from his birth place in Yugoslavia (now in Bosnia and Herzegovina) during 1992. Luka Marić joined Sturm Graz in 2007, aged 5. Club career SK Sturm Graz Rising through the ranks at Sturm Graz, Marić appeared for Sturm Graz at U18 level and the reserves. TSV Hartberg, known as TSV Egger Glass Hartberg for sponsorship purposes, is an Austrian association football club based in Hartberg, founded in 1946, which is currently playing in the Austrian Bundesliga. History The club was founded on 29 April 1946. They finished in 7th position in the 2007–2008 season while playing in the Third level Regionalliga. On the last day of the 2008–09 season, TSV Hartberg finished in first position of the Austrian Regionalliga East (third division). They won the eastern title and gained promotion to the 2009–10 Second Division.
