Luiz Otávio Anacleto Leandro (born 14 September 1988), known as Luiz Otávio, is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Ceará as a central defender. Club career Born in Carmo, Rio de Janeiro, Luiz Otávio graduated from the youth academy of Botafogo and turned professional with Friburguense in 2008. In 2009, he joined local Angra dos Reis Esporte Clube, and initially spent loan at lower tier clubs - Madureira, Macaé before joining Série B club Icasa in 2013. On 28 May, he scored his first goal for the club in a 1−1 draw against América-RN. After a short stint with Clube Atlético Linense, Luiz Otávio was loaned to Sampaio Corrêa on 8 April 2014. On 18 November, he scored his first goal for the club in a 2−0 victory against Santa Cruz Futebol Clube. In the 2016 season, he started in 32 matches with the club being relegated to the third tier. Luiz Otávio da Silva Santos (born 9 October 1992), known as Luiz Otávio, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a central defender for Mirassol. Club career Born in Japeri, Rio de Janeiro, Luiz Otávio started his career in Fluminense's youth categories, but was released after only three months at the club. In 2010, aged 17, he moved to Fortaleza and joined Ferroviário-CE, but never played for the club. Luiz Otávio subsequently represented São Cristóvão and Bangu, making his senior debut with the latter as a forward on 22 September 2012 by coming on as a substitute and scoring the equalizer in a 1–1 Copa Rio away draw against Boavista. Back to his preferred position, he was subsequently loaned to Bonsucesso in 2013, achieving promotion from the Campeonato Carioca Série B. Luiz Otávio Santos de Araújo (born 12 October 1990), commonly known as Tinga, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Botafogo-PB. Career A product of Ponte Preta's youth team, Tinga became a first team regular player in early 2009 at 18 years old. He made good appearances for Ponte Preta in the Série B and attracted the interest of some big Brazilian clubs. Tinga transferred to Palmeiras after the end of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and since then became a first choice substitute. His first match for Palmeiras came against Santos, where Tinga scored in the second half to give Palmeiras a 2-1 win in the Série A.
