Luis Vargas Velásquez
Luis Felipe Vargas Velázquez (born June 8, 1983) is a Puerto Rican male artistic gymnast and part of the national team. He participated at 2004 Summer Olympics. He also competed at world championships, including the 2010 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships The 2010 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held at the Rotterdam Ahoy indoor sporting arena in the Netherlands from 16 to 24 October 2010. In this year's championships, there was a total of 73 participating federations with 615 gymnasts ... in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Río Piedras, Puerto Rico
Río Piedras is a populous district of San Juan, and former town and municipality of Puerto Rico, which was merged with the municipality of San Juan in 1951. The district today is composed of various '' barrios'' (these are the primary legal divisions of municipalities in Puerto Rico) such as Pueblo and Universidad. The historic town was founded in 1714 as El Roble, it was given municipality rights in 1823, and since 1903 it has been the home of the University of Puerto Rico's main campus, earning the popular name of ''Ciudad Universitaria'' (similar to college town) today.
