Luis Mariñas
Luis Mariñas Lage (7 August 1947 – 27 December 2010) was a Spanish journalist. Biography Mariñas began his career in 1969 with Televisión Española, where he remained for the next twenty years. He worked in the regional center of TVE in Galicia, who became director between 1973 and 1976, after Luis Salguero Prieto, who was in charge between 1971 and 1973. At the age of 19, he began working in the studios of TVE in Prado del Rey, Madrid, with Victoriano Fernández Assisi, Jesus Alvarez and Miguel de la Quadra-Salcedo. By then participated in the founding of one of the first general magazines of large circulation which was titled ''Personas''. He also was an exhaustive collaborator of RNE. In 1981 he was appointed as the head of the national news division of TVE. A Coruña (; es, La Coruña ; historical English: Corunna or The Groyne) is a city and municipality of Galicia, Spain. A Coruña is the most populated city in Galicia and the second most populated municipality in the autonomous community and seventeenth overall in the country. José María Alfredo Aznar López (; born 25 February 1953) is a Spanish politician who was the prime minister of Spain from 1996 to 2004. He led the People's Party (PP), the dominant centre-right political party in Spain. A member of the Frente de Estudiantes Sindicalistas, a dissident Falangist student organisation, in his youth, he studied law at the Complutense University of Madrid and first worked in the public sector as an Inspector of the Finances of the State ( es, Inspector de las Finanzas del Estado). ''El Mundo'' (; ), before ''El Mundo del Siglo Veintiuno'', is the second largest printed daily newspaper in Spain. Canal Sur ('South Channel') is part of Radio y Televisión de Andalucía (RTVA), the public broadcasting company of Andalusia.
