Luis Victoriano García (born May 16, 2000) is a Dominican American professional baseball infielder for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). Early life García's father, Luis Rafael García, is a Dominican-born shortstop who briefly reached the major leagues with the Detroit Tigers during their 1999 season. Luis Victoriano García was born in New York City, but he moved to the Dominican Republic at the age of 3. At the age of 16, despite being a U.S. citizen, he signed a contract with the Nationals on July 2, 2016, as an international free agent out of the Dominican Republic. Starlin DeJesus Castro (born March 24, 1990) is a Dominican professional baseball infielder who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, Miami Marlins and Washington Nationals. The Arizona Fall League (AFL) is an off-season sports league owned and operated by Major League Baseball (MLB) which operates during the autumn in Arizona, United States, at six different baseball complexes. Arizona Fall League rosters are filled by many of the top prospects in Minor League Baseball (MiLB) who are assigned by their parent clubs. Structure The six teams of the AFL are organized in two three-team divisions. Carter Alswinn Kieboom ( ; born September 3, 1997) is an American professional baseball third baseman for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). Amateur career Kieboom attended George Walton Comprehensive High School in Marietta, Georgia. He committed to attend Clemson University to play college baseball for the Clemson Tigers. He was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the first round of the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft. Professional career Kieboom announced he would be signing with the Nationals and joining the organization on June 11, 2016. He spent his first professional season with the Gulf Coast League Nationals where he batted .244 with four home runs and 25 RBIs. A team of American League-affiliated prospects competes against a team of National League-affiliated prospects. From the inaugural 1999 event through 2018, teams of prospects from the United States faced off against teams of prospects from other countries. The Potomac Nationals were a Minor League Baseball team of the Carolina League. They were located in Woodbridge, Virginia, and played their home games at Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium. After the 2019 season, the team relocated to Fredericksburg, Virginia, becoming the Fredericksburg Nationals.
