	Luis Beder Herrera Luis Beder Herrera (born 26 May 1951) is an Argentine Justicialist Party (PJ) politician. He was the governor of La Rioja Province from 2007 to 2015. Born in Campanas, La Rioja, Herrera graduated as a lawyer in 1976 from the National University of the Littoral. In 1983 he was re-elected as a provincial deputy for Famatina Department, serving until 1989 with a period as 1st Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies. 	Ángel Maza Ángel Eduardo Maza (born 18 December 1954) is an Argentine Justicialist Party (PJ) politician. He was the governor of La Rioja Province during several terms, until he was ousted by impeachment in 2007. His sister, Ada Maza, is a national senator. Maza was educated at the National University of Córdoba and graduated as a geologist, later earning a doctorate. He worked in the geological and mining services of the Government of Argentina and of La Rioja Province. 	Sergio Casas Sergio Casas (born 13 January 1971) is an Argentine politician who was Governor of La Rioja Province from 2015 to 2019. He previously served as Vice Governor and as a member of the La Rioja provincial legislature. Since 2019, he has been a National Deputy. Political career Casas was a local deputy for the La Rioja Province from 1995 to 2011. He served as vice-governor from 2011 to 2015, under Luis Beder Herrera. He won the primary elections in the local Justicialist Party to run as governor, defeating the ministers Javier Tineo and Néstor Bosetti; Bosetti would run as his candidate for vicegovernor.
