Sarajevo Olympic Bobsleigh And Luge Track
Sarajevo Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track is a bobsleigh and luge track situated on Trebević mountain overlooking the Sarajevo, City of Sarajevo, built for the 1984 Winter Olympics. History When Sarajevo was awarded the 1984 Winter Olympics in 1977, a Bobsleigh at the 1984 Winter Olympics, bobsleigh and Luge at the 1984 Winter Olympics, luge track was proposed. The track design was approved in 1981, with construction starting on 1 June of that year.1984 Winter Olympics official report.

Assembly of the track was completed on 30 September 1982 at a cost of Yugoslav dinar, YUD 563,209,000. The first international competition of merit held at the track was the 1983 European Bobsleigh Championships in January of that year.

Norbert Huber
Norbert Huber (born 3 September 1964) is an Italian former luger who competed from the early 1980s to the late 1990s. Huber was born in Bruneck, South Tyrol. Competing in four Winter Olympics, he won two medals in the men's doubles event with a silver in 1994 and a bronze in 1992. Huber also won ten medals at the FIL World Luge Championships in with two gold (Mixed team: 1989, Men's doubles: 1990), four silvers (Men's doubles: 1983, 1989, 1993; Mixed team: 1990), and four bronzes (Men's singles: 1999, Men's doubles: 1991, Mixed team: 1991, 1993). He also won fourteen medals in the FIL European Luge Championships with three gold (Men's doubles: 1992, 1994; Mixed team: 1994), five silvers (Men's singles: 1984, 1992; Men's doubles: 1988, 1990; Mixed team: 1998), and six bronzes (Men's singles: 1998, Men's doubles: 1984, 1986; Mixed team: 1988, 1990, 1992). Frank Masley
Francis Joseph "Frank" Masley (June 30, 1960 – September 10, 2016) was an American luger. He competed in the 1980, 1984, and 1988 Winter Olympics. He was the first Olympic flag-bearer in USA Luge history in the 1984 Olympic opening ceremonies. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Masley attended Christiana High School and later earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University. He died of melanoma on September 10, 2016, aged 56, at home in Wilmington, Delaware. Business career Frank founded Masley Enterprises INC in the basement of his own home in July 2000. Wolfgang Staudinger
Wolfgang Staudinger (born 8 September 1963 in Berchtesgaden, Bavaria) is a West Germany, West German luger who competed from 1978 to 1989. Together with Thomas Schwab he won the bronze medal in the men's doubles event at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. Staudinger also won a bronze medal in the men's doubles event at the FIL World Luge Championships 1987, 1987 FIL World Luge Championships in Igls, Austria. He also won two gold medals at the FIL European Luge Championships 1988, 1988 FIL European Luge Championships in Schönau am Königsee, Königssee, West Germany (Men's doubles and mixed team).
