Lucero Miroslava Montemayor Gracia (born January 5, 1990) is a Mexican former beauty pageant titleholder, sportscaster and businesswoman. Montemayor won Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2013 title and represented Mexico at Miss International 2013. Pageants Lucero Montemayor was Señorita UANL 2011, beauty pageant in her University. She represented her home Químicas as Señorita Químicas 2011. Later at Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2012 she was the Suplente/1st Runner-up and was designated to compete with Cynthia Duque winner of Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2012 at Nuestra Belleza México 2012 pageant. At the semifinal competition she was the Suplente/1st Runner-up of Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2012, title which was won by Marilyn Chagoya from Veracruz. Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2012, was held at Las Lomas Eventos in Monterrey, Nuevo León on July 11, 2012. At the conclusion of the final night of competition Cynthia Duque from Monterrey was crowned the winner. Duque was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León titleholder Ivette García. José Ramón Fernández Álvarez (born 6 April 1946) is a Mexican journalist, sportscaster, sports commentator, and television host currently working for ESPN Deportes and ESPN Mexico. Fernández started his journalistic career in 1970 and since has covered numerous major sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup and the Summer Olympics. Jorge Hank Rhon (born January 28, 1956) is a Mexican businessman and owner of Mexico's largest sports betting company, ''Grupo Caliente''. He served from December 2004 to February 2007 as the president of the municipality of Tijuana. He is the son of former Mexico City mayor Carlos Hank González and Guadalupe Rhon.
