Lu Zhiyuan
Lu Zhiyuan (; born August 1964) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as party secretary of Qingdao and deputy party secretary of Shandong. He was a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress. He is a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Lu was born in Suide County, Shaanxi, in August 1964. In 1984, he entered Shaanxi College of Finance and Economics (now Xi'an Jiaotong University), where he majored in public finance.
