Lu Xun (Eastern Wu)
Lu Xun (183 – 19 March 245), courtesy name Boyan, also sometimes referred to as Lu Yi, was a Chinese military general and politician of the state of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He started his career as an official under the warlord Sun Quan in the 200s during the late Eastern Han dynasty and steadily rising through the ranks. In 219, he assisted Sun Quan's general Lü Meng in an invasion of Jing Province, which led to the defeat and death of Liu Bei's general Guan Yu. In 222, he served as the field commander of the Wu army in the Battle of Xiaoting against Liu Bei's forces and scored a decisive victory over the enemy. Lu Xun reached the pinnacle of his career after this battle as Sun Quan regarded him more highly, promoted him to higher positions and bestowed upon him unprecedented honours. Lu Yi (Chinese: 鲁毅; born 20 March 1993 in Zibo, Shandong) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Hefei City. Club career Lu Yi started his professional football career in 2012 when he was promoted to Chinese Super League club Qingdao Jonoon. On 3 November 2012, Lu made his debut for Qingdao Jonoon in the 2012 Chinese Super League against Shanghai Shenhua, coming on as a substitute for Song Bo in the 67th minute. Lü Yi (Eastern Wu)
Lü Yi (died 238) was an official of the state of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of China. Highly trusted by Wu's founding emperor Sun Quan, he served as the supervisor of the audit bureau in charge of auditing and reviewing the work of all officials in both the central and regional governments. A harsh, cruel and treacherous man, he freely abused his powers by falsely accusing many officials of serious offences, resulting in some of them being wrongfully arrested, imprisoned and tortured. Among his victims, the most notable ones were the general Zhu Ju and the Imperial Chancellor Gu Yong. He was eventually executed in 238 after his crimes and abuses of power came to light. Lü Yi (Shu Han)
Lü Yi (died 251), courtesy name Jiyang, was an official of the state of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of China. Life Lü Yi's ancestral home was in Nanyang Commandery (南陽郡), which is around present-day Nanyang, Henan. His father, Lü Chang (呂常), escorted Liu Yan into Yi Province (covering present-day Sichuan and Chongqing) around 188 when Liu Yan was appointed as the Governor of Yi Province by the central government of the Eastern Han dynasty. After completing his mission, Lü Chang could not return to Nanyang Commandery because the road was obstructed, so he had no choice but to remain in Yi Province and settle down there. Lü Yi was most probably born in Yi Province. Lü Yi became orphaned at a young age. He was fond of reading, calligraphy, and playing drums and the guqin. Lü Yi (; born 30 April 1985) is a badminton player from the People's Republic of China. He entered the national second team in 2002, and was promoted to the first team in 2006. He was part of the national junior team that won the gold medal at the 2002 World Junior Championships.
