Loyang is a subzone region located in the town of Pasir Ris in the East Region of Singapore. The region consists of three subzones, Loyang West, Loyang East and Flora Drive. The name means ''brass'' or ''tray'' in Malay. The region is served with the exterior road of Loyang Avenue, which leads to Pasir Ris and Tampines and Changi City Point. Much of the industrial estate is dealing with aviation related services, due to its proximity to Changi Airport. Loyang was a Malay kampong that once existed in the area, ''Kampong Loyang'' or ''Loyang Besar''. Before redevelopment, its village mosque, ''Kampong Loyang Besar Mosque,'' used to be located in the area. Pasir Ris
Pasir Ris is a planning area and residential town located in the East Region of Singapore. It is bordered by Tampines and Paya Lebar to the south, Sengkang to the southwest and Changi to the east. The planning area also shares riverine boundary with Punggol to the west, separated by the Serangoon River, as well as having a maritime boundary with the North-Eastern Islands planning area, across the Straits of Johor. Like other new towns, public transport facilities were factored into the development of Pasir Ris. Pasir Ris is easily accessible via bus services at Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and the Mass Rapid Transit at Pasir Ris MRT station. Changi City Point
Changi City Point (Chinese: 樟城坊) is a shopping mall located in the vicinity of Changi Business Park, Singapore next to Expo MRT station. It was constructed from June 2010 and completed in November 2011. This mall is renowned for containing factory outlets of various brands such as Adidas, Nike, Lacoste and Pedro. There is also a landscaped themed rooftop garden together with a wet and dry playground on the topmost floor on level 3. Anchor tenants do include Cold Storage, Kopitiam and Challenger.
