''Lovers in Paris'' is a 2009 Philippine television drama series loosely based on the 2004 South Korean drama series of the same title. The series was aired on ABS-CBN's ''Primetime Bida'' evening block from September 28 to December 11, 2009, replacing ''Tayong Dalawa''. Premise A story of three people will discover the complexities of love. For Vivian, love is the greatest thing to give and to receive. For Carlo, love is but a responsibility. For Martin, love is self-gratification. Despite their different views, these three will learn go through a life-changing experience when their paths cross in Paris. Lovers In Paris
''Lovers in Paris'' () is a 2004 South Korean television series starring Kim Jung-eun, Park Shin-yang and Lee Dong-gun. It aired on SBS from 12 June to 15 August 2004 on Saturdays and Sundays at 21:55 for 20 episodes. The series is the first in the ''Lovers'' trilogy by writer Kim Eun-sook and director Shin Woo-chul. This was followed by ''Lovers in Prague'' (2005), and the third, simply titled '' Lovers'' (2006), was not set in Europe like the first two. The series very popular during its run. Park Shin-yang
Park Shin-yang (; born November 1, 1968) is a South Korean actor. He majored in acting at Dongguk University in South Korea and studied at the Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School in Russia. From 1996 he won a number of acting awards in South Korea. Career A graduate of Dongguk University and the Shevkin Theater School in Russia, Park debuted in the drama ''Yuri'' in 1996.
