Lovelyz
Lovelyz () is a South Korean girl group formed in 2014 by Woollim Entertainment and is the company's first girl group. The group consists of eight members: Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, Sujeong and Yein. Their debut album, ''Girls' Invasion'', was released on November 17, 2014. History 2014: Debut and finding success Lovelyz's debut was first announced on November 5, 2014, by Woollim Entertainment. Lovelyz released a pre-release digital single, "Good Night Like Yesterday", on the same day. Their debut showcase was held on November 12 at the K-ART Hall in Olympic Park, and their debut stage was on the next day on Mnet ''M Countdown''. ''Girls' Invasion'' is the debut studio album by South Korean girl group Lovelyz. The album was released digitally and physically on November 17, 2014, by Woollim Label and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The album contains nine tracks including the lead single "Candy Jelly Love". On March 3, 2015, the album was re-released as ''Hi~'' with two new songs, including the lead single of the same name. The album starts Lovelyz's school-themed Girls trilogy. The theme continued with the release of the album repackage ''Hi~'' and finally concluded with the release of their EP ''Lovelyz8'' (2015). Lovelyz8 (Lovelyz Album)
''Lovelyz8'' is the first extended play by South Korean girl group Lovelyz. It was released on October 1, 2015. The EP contains seven tracks with the title track "Ah-Choo" and pre-release single "Shooting Star". This album marks the return of member Jisoo, who took a hiatus after becoming the target of online harassment. This album is the last part of the 'Girls' trilogy. Kei (singer)
Kim Ji-yeon (; born March 20, 1995), known professionally as Kei, is a South Korean singer and musical actress. She rose to fame as a member of South Korean girl group Lovelyz in November 2014. Kei officially made her solo debut with released EP on October 8, 2019 titled '' Over and Over''. On November 16, 2021, she left Woollim Entertainment after deciding not to renew her contract. Lee Seung-ah (; born Lee Mi-joo () on September 23, 1994), known as Lee Mi-joo, is a South Korean singer, dancer and entertainer. She debuted as a member of South Korean girl group Lovelyz under Woollim Entertainment in November 2014. Ryu Su-jeong (Hangul: 류수정, born November 19, 1997), also known by her mononym Sujeong, is a South Korean singer and a member of South Korean girl group Lovelyz under Woollim Entertainment. KCON is an annual convention held in locations across the world, created by Koreaboo and organized by CJ E&M. It was first held in Southern California in 2012 and has since expanded to ten countries as of 2022. In 2015, KCON expanded to Japan and then quickly announced the first KCON USA on the East Coast.
