''Love and War'' is the second studio album by American singer Tamar Braxton. The album was released on September 3, 2013, by Epic Records and Streamline Records. It is Tamar Braxton’s first studio album in 13 years. The album was a success, debuting at number two on the US Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 chart selling 114,000 copies. Even though plans for a re-release of the album with a full version of the song "She Did That" and a rap remix of "One on One Fun" in 2014 with additional songs were announced, the idea was eventually scrapped as Love and War was never re-published. The album also received three 56th Annual Grammy Awards, 56th Annual Grammy Award nominations for Best Urban Contemporary album, Best R&B Performance, and Best R&B Song for "Love and War (Tamar Braxton song), Love and War". Tamar Estine Braxton (born March 17, 1977) is an American singer, songwriter, actress and television personality. Braxton began her career in 1990 as a founding member of The Braxtons, an R&B singing group formed with her sisters. The Braxtons released their debut album, ''So Many Ways'', as a trio in 1996, and disbanded shortly afterward. In 2000, Braxton released her Tamar (album), debut self-titled album through DreamWorks Records. Following a thirteen-year break, Braxton released her second studio album, ''Love and War (Tamar Braxton album), Love and War'' (2013), through Epic Records, which reached the number two position on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 chart.
