Love Punjab
''Love Punjab'' is a 2016 Punjabi film directed by Rajiv Dhingra, written by Amberdeep Singh and starring Amrinder Gill, Sargun Mehta and Manvir Johal as the main protagonists of the film. This film is about a journey of a family to find love, ties of families and fragrance of Punjab and was released on 11 March 2016. Plot Pargat (Amrinder Gill) and Jessica (Sargun Mehta) are a couple who are going through a separation for various reasons. They together have a son named Manveer (Manvir Johal) who has his own set of problems in school, where he faces racism and discrimination issues. Manveer goes into deep depression and on the recommendation of the doctor, his parents decide to take him to Punjab to show his roots, culture and ancestral village. Karaj Gill
Karaj Gill is an Indian film producer who makes Punjabi-language films and music. He owns a production house and distribution company Rhythm Boyz Entertainment. Gill began producing films in 2015, with a historical romance film ''Angrej''. He has been nominated for six Filmfare Punjabi Awards, winning two for '' Bambukat'' (2016) and ''Lahoriye'' (2017), among other accolades. Career Gill co-founded a Canadian production company Rhythm Boyz Entertainment with Amrinder Gill on 19 March 2013. The company was named after their college time Bhangra group of same name. Binnu Dhillon (born 29 August 1975) is an Indian actor who is known for his roles in Punjabi cinema and Hindi films . Ranjit Singh Bajwa (born 14 March 1989) known professionally as Ranjit Bawa is an Indian singer and actor associated with Punjabi language music and films. He rose to fame from his single "Jatt Di Akal" which broke many Punjabi records.
