''Love on a Saturday Night'' is a London Weekend Television produced game show that aired on ITV between 7 February and 22 May 2004. It was a replacement show for ''Blind Date'', and lasted only two series before being axed. The first episode, which was broadcast live, was watched by 5.1 million viewers. An episode in the second series was watched by 3.8 million viewers. Format The main game The main round would be based in the middle of the studio where either three men or three women (it would alternate each week) would be wearing different coloured masks and known as Mr Red/Miss Ruby, Mr Blue/Miss Sapphire, Mr Green/Miss Emerald (this was the blind date bit), then the person asking the questions would be standing to one side of them with Davina. Richard Blackwood
Richard Clifford Blackwood (born 15 May 1972) is a British actor, presenter and rapper. Between 2015 and 2018, he played Vincent Hubbard in the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders''. The London Studios
The London Studios (also known as The South Bank Studios, The London Television Centre, ITV Tower, Kent House and LWT Tower) in Lambeth, Central London was a television studio complex owned by ITV plc and originally built for London Weekend Television. The studios were located in Central London, on the South Bank next to the IBM Building and the Royal National Theatre. The building was set on 2.5 acres of land and was 24 floors high. The London Studios closed on 30 April 2018. Many ITV programmes now come from BBC Studioworks Television Centre, White City, London. The facilities were the main studios for ITV, along with a number of production companies including ITV Studios and Shiver based in Kent House tower, while the studios were home to many entertainment, game and daytime shows. V (group)
V were a British five-piece boy band made up of Antony Brant, Aaron Buckingham, Mark Harle, Kevin McDaid and Leon Pisani. Founded in 2003, they disbanded after two years, in 2005. Career V were formed in 2003 after a series of auditions by Prestige, the same management team behind Busted. Group member Antony Brant came up with the band name "V" because V is the Roman numeral for five and there were five members in the band. V made their debut at the same time as McFly by supporting Busted's arena tour in the spring of 2004. Their first single, "Blood, Sweat and Tears", was released in May 2004 and went into the UK Singles Chart at number 6.
