Moira Rachelle Bustamante Dela Torre (born November 4, 1993) is a Filipino singer-songwriter. Born in Olongapo, Philippines, she began as a voice artist for corporate jingles and theme songs. In 2013, she competed in ''The Voice of The Philippines'', releasing her debut EP '' Moira'' following her stint in the show. She rose to fame after interpreting Libertine Amistoso's "Titibo-Tibo" in the Himig Handog music video competition, in which it won. "Titibo-Tibo" () is a song recorded by Filipino singer Moira Dela Torre for her debut studio album ''Malaya''. It was composed by Libertine Amistoso and it is only interpreted by Moira. The song won at the competition Himig Handog 2017 at the end of November held on ''ASAP''. It was released for digital download and streaming on February 18, 2018, through Star Music. This song also topped that charts for 2 weeks on the Philippine Hot 100. The song was all about a boyish girl who changed her personality and acts girly after meeting and fall in love with a guy.
