''Lose You Now'' is a 2021 EP released by American violinist, Lindsey Stirling. Background ''Lose You Now'' is Stirling's second EP, her first, " Lindsey Stomp", was released in 2010. The EP was produced as an exclusive for Record Store Day 2021, with 2000 copies pressed exclusively on single sided vinyl. The record contains its titular track, " Lose You Now" released in 2021 with Mako, alongside a further four songs. It also included Stirling's 2020 single What You're Made Of produced for the video game, Azur Lane, with Kiesza Kiesa Rae Ellestad (born January 16, 1989), known professionally as Kiesza ( ), is a Canadian singer and multi-instrumentalist from Calgary. Lose You Now
"Lose You Now" is a 2021 single by American violinist Lindsey Stirling featuring Mako. It reached number 3 on the ''Billboard'' Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart. The single featured as a song on Stirling's 2021 EP of the same name, Lose You Now. Composition The original basis for the song is Guardian written by Stirling, Taylor Bird and Peter Hanna for her 2019 album ''Artemis''. The song is widely recognised as a tribute to Stirling's late father, and her friend and former bandmate Jason Gaviati who died in 2015. Mako had met Stirling whilst she was working on the single "Love Goes On and On" with Amy Lee of Evanescence. Mark Maxwell, aka SILAS, is an American songwriter, record producer, and film composer based in Los Angeles. Alex Seaver, better known by his stage name Mako, is an American music producer and DJ from Los Angeles. The project Mako originally started as a duo with producer Logan Light, who left the group in 2017. Mako rose to prominence in the electronic dance music scene from their single "Beam", which was remixed by Dannic on Revealed Recordings and played at festivals worldwide.
