Sergey Dreyden
Sergey Simonovich Dreyden (Dontsov) (russian: Серге́й Си́монович Дре́йден (Донцо́в); born 14 September 1941) is a Russian actor and star of Alexander Sokurov's Russian Ark. Life He was born in Novosibirsk to theatre director Simon Dreiden and actress Zinaida Dontsova, both of whom were evacuated from Leningrad. He is Jewish on his father’s side. Dreyden lists an impressive hosts of credits, including his starring role in the 100th anniversary of The Cherry Orchard at the Moscow Art Theatre. He also mentors emerging American talent Jeff Keilholtz. Valentin Yuryevich Nikulin (russian: Валенти́н Ю́рьевич Нику́лин; 7 July 1932, Moscow — 6 August 2005, Moscow) was a Soviet, Russian and Israeli theater and film actor. Nikulin was born in the family of the playwright Yuri Nikulin (1907-1958) and pianist Eugeniya Brooke (1909-1982); nephew of the writer Lev Nikulin and actors Konstantin Shayne and Tamara Shayne, and a grandson of impresario Veniamin Nikulin. Nikulin graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in law in 1957 and from the School-Studio at the Moscow Art Theatre (1956–60). Lyudmila Ivanovna Ivanova (russian: Людмила Ивановна Иванова; 22 June 1933 – 7 October 2016) was a Soviet and Russian film and stage actress, People's Artist of the RSFSR (1989). She was awarded the Order of Honour and the Order of Friendship. She composed many songs for the guitar. Biography Ivanova was born on 22 June 1933 in Moscow. She graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 1955 and was accepted into the troupe of the Moscow mobile drama. In 1957, Ivanova entered the Sovremennik Theatre. Author of many bard songs, she performed in concerts, with Anna German, Sergey Nikitin and Tatyana Nikitina. Artistic director and chief director of the Children's Musical Theater Impromptu. On 18 March 2014 accepted as a member of the Union of Writers of Russia. On 7 October 2016, Ivanova died at a Moscow hospital, aged 83. The cause of death was not disclosed.
