He is the collective personification of the ancient concept of the '' lóng'' in Chinese culture. There are also the cosmological "Dragon Kings of the Four Seas" (; ''Sihai Longwang''). 	Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County (, Manchu: ; Mölendroff: cinglung manju beye dasangga siyan) is a Manchu autonomous county in northeastern Hebei province, China, bordering Liaoning Province to the north and east and located in the eastern part of the Yan Mountains.
