Saint-Raphaël (; oc, Sant Rafèu ) is a commune in the Var department, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, Southeastern France. In 2017, it had a population of 35,042. Gillian Stewart (born 21 October 1958) is a Scottish professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour (LET) from 1985 to 2000. Penny B. Grice-Whittaker ( Grice, 11 October 1964) is a former English golfer turned singer. As an amateur golfer, Grice-Whittaker won multiple events in England and was a bronze medalist for the Great Britain and Ireland team at the 1984 Espirito Santo Trophy.
