''Loners'' is an American film released in May 2019, directed by Eryc Tramonn and written by Neil McGowan (writer), Neil McGowan. It stars David Christian Welborn, Denise Dowse, Tyson Turrou and Brian Letscher. The film was produced by Charles Myers, Robert Shulevitz and Tyson Turrou. The plot concerns a group of loners sent for compulsory group therapy, and has been described as a "biting satire set in the very near future". Erythromycin is an antibiotic used for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections. This includes respiratory tract infections, skin infections, chlamydia infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, and syphilis. It may also be used during pregnancy to prevent Group B streptococcal infection in the newborn, as well as to improve gastroparesis, delayed stomach emptying. It can be given intravenously and by mouth. An eye ointment is routinely recommended after birth, delivery to prevent neonatal conjunctivitis, eye infections in the newborn. Common side effects include abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. More serious side effects may include Clostridium difficile colitis, ''Clostridium difficile'' colitis, liver problems, prolonged QT, and allergic reactions. It is generally safe in those who are penicillin allergy, allergic to penicillin. Erythromycin also appears to be safe to use during pregnancy. Neil William McGowan (born 15 April 1977 in Glasgow) is a Scottish professional footballer who is currently player/first-team coach in the Scottish Junior Football Association, Scottish Juniors with Troon F.C., Troon.
