Lok Wah Estate () is a public housing estate located in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Lok Nga Court () is a Home Ownership Scheme court adjacent to Lok Wah Estate. It has six blocks built in 1984. Geography Lok Wah Estate is located on Chun Wah Road, in the northern Kwun Tong Town Central. It sits on Dragon Hill (), the top of which was levelled over the course of site formation for the estate, to the point where the hill is no longer labelled on maps, but rather appears as the lower slope of Crocodile Hill (鱷魚山). The estate is located in a valley between Crocodile Hill and the significantly taller Shum Wan Shan (沈雲山). The estate is divided into two parts: Lok Wah South Estate () and Lok Wah North Estate (), together with 14 blocks of residential buildings. Ngau Tau Kok
Ngau Tau Kok is an area of eastern Kowloon in Hong Kong, in the north of Kwun Tong District east to Kowloon Bay. Largely residential, Ngau Tau Kok has a population in excess of 210,000. Geography In Chinese, Ngau Tau Kok means ''ox horn'' or ''ox head cape'': before the reclamation of Kowloon Bay, the coastline of Ngau Tau Kok was shaped like the horn of an ox. Ngau Tau Kok includes two hills - Jordan Valley (Shum Wan Shan) and Crocodile Hill (Ngok Yue Shan), where around half of the residential blocks are located. Crocodile Hill is a relatively quiet residential area encircled by Kung Lok Road. United Christian Hospital is an acute district general hospital in Kwun Tong of New Kowloon in Hong Kong, operated by the Hospital Authority. Hongkong Post is a government department of Hong Kong responsible for postal services, though operated as a trading fund. Urban Council
The Urban Council (UrbCo) was a municipal council in Hong Kong responsible for municipal services on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon (including New Kowloon). These services were provided by the council's executive arm, the Urban Services Department. Later, the equivalent body for the New Territories was the Regional Council. The council was founded as the Sanitary Board in 1883. It was renamed the Urban Council when new legislation was passed in 1936 expanding its mandate. In 1973 the council was reorganised under non-government control and became financially autonomous. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), is a department in the Government of Hong Kong. It reports to the Culture, Sports & Tourism Bureau, headed by the Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism. It provides leisure and cultural activities for the people of Hong Kong, which was also one of the tasks of the former Urban Council, and Regional Council and Home Affairs Bureau.
