Logan Pyett
Logan Pyett (born May 26, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for HSC Csíkszereda in the Erste Liga. Pyett was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the seventh round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, 212th overall. Playing career Pyett played major junior hockey with the Regina Pats in the Western Hockey League (WHL). He was also selected to play for Canada at the 2008 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships winning the Gold Medal. On May 24, 2008, Pyett was signed to a three-year, entry-level contract with his draft club, the Detroit Red Wings. After four seasons within the Red Wings organization, Pyett was not tendered a qualifying offer and as a free agent Pyett signed a one-year deal as a free agent with the New York Rangers on July 10, 2012. Connecticut Whale (AHL)
The Hartford Wolf Pack are a professional ice hockey team based in Hartford, Connecticut. A member of the American Hockey League (AHL), they play their home games at the XL Center. The team was established in 1926 as the Providence Reds. After a series of relocations, the team moved to Hartford in 1997 as the Hartford Wolf Pack. It is one of the oldest professional hockey franchises in existence, and the oldest continuously operating minor league hockey franchise in North America. ''KooKoo'' is the debut solo album by American singer Debbie Harry, released on July 27, 1981, by Chrysalis Records. Produced by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards of Chic, the album was recorded whilst Harry took a break from her band Blondie. It was a moderate commercial success, reaching number 25 on the US ''Billboard'' 200 and number six on the UK Albums Chart. Background ''KooKoo'' was recorded while Harry and boyfriend Chris Stein were taking a break from the band Blondie. Asia League Ice Hockey ( ja, アジアリーグアイスホッケー; ko, 아시아리그 아이스하키) or ALIH (AL) is an association which operates a professional ice hockey league based in East Asia, with teams from Japan, South Korea, and formerly Russia. The are an Asia League Ice Hockey team based in Hachinohe, Aomori, Japan. Community contributions The team has a number of community programs it runs under the mantra of "Team Social Responsibility". The team engages in youth oriented activities like running skating schools, working with high-school teams, visiting schools to interact with kids, and other kinds of junior hockey workshops. A sarcoma is a malignant tumor, a type of cancer that arises from transformed cells of mesenchymal (connective tissue) origin.
