Arraba ( ar, عرّابة; he, עראבה), also known as 'Arrabat al-Battuf, is an Arab city in Israel. The Israeli Premier League ( he, ליגת העל, ''Ligat Ha`Al'', ), is a professional association football league which operates as the highest division of the Israeli Football League – the state's league of Israel. 2016–17 Toto Cup Al
The 2016–17 Toto Cup Al was the 32st season of the third-important football tournament in Israel since its introduction and the 11th tournament involving Israeli Premier League clubs only. The competition is held in two stages. First, fourteen Premier League teams were divided into three groups, five teams in groups A and B and four teams in group C, the teams playing against each other once. The best three teams from groups A and B and the best two teams from group C will advance to the quarter-finals, which will be played over two-legged ties. The Israel Toto Cup ( he, גביע הטוטו, ''Gvia Ha'Toto'') is an association football tournament that features clubs in the two highest divisions in Israel: the Israeli Premier League ( Ligat Ha'Al), and the second division Liga Leumit.
