Guillermo ''"El Pando"'' RamÃrez Ortega (born 26 March 1978) is a Guatemalan former footballer who played as a midfielder and was also the captain of the Guatemala national team. RamÃrez started his career with Municipal and later played in Greece, Mexico and the MLS in USA.
