''Live Metal Espancation'' is a live album by fictional heavy metal band Massacration. Their first release under the Massacration name since the 2009 studio album ''Good Blood Headbanguers'', it was recorded during a gig at entertainment space Tropical Butantã in São Paulo on August 26, 2017 and released through Top Link Music on December 15 in CD format and for streaming, and in DVD through Shinigami Records a week later, on December 22. Produced by Alexandre Russo, who previously worked with Angra, the show counted with guest appearances by former pornographic actors and , and Hermes & Renato characters Boça and Joselito Sem-Noção (played by Felipe Torres and Adriano Silva respectively). Massacration
Massacration is a fictional American heavy metal band created by Brazilian humorists and musicians Bruno Sutter (as vocalist Detonator), Fausto Fanti (as lead guitarist Blondie Hammett), Marco Antônio Alves (as bassist Metal Avenger), Adriano Silva (as rhythm guitarist Headmaster) and Felipe Torres (as drummer Jimmy the Hammer), all of them part of the comedy troupe Hermes & Renato. It was one of several parodic music groups idealized by the troupe throughout their career; others include, but are not limited to, Coração Melão (which parodies ''Axé (music), axé'' music), ArtesaNation (reggae) and Também Sou Hype (Indie rock#Indie electronic, indietronica bands such as CSS (band), CSS, which was very popular in Brazil during the mid- to late 2000s). Ricardo Confessori
Ricardo Confessori (born January 25, 1969) is a Brazilian drummer and a former member of the Brazilian power metal band Angra. After leaving the Brazilian thrash metal band Korzus, Confessori was invited for assume the post of drummer of Angra, after the recording of the album '' Angels Cry''. In 2000, Confessori left Angra with singer Andre Matos and bassist Luis Mariutti to form the band Shaman together with guitarist Hugo Mariutti. Shaman released three albums with this line-up: ''Ritual'' (2002); '' RituAlive'' (live album, released in CD and DVD in 2003); and ''Reason'', in 2005. After the second album, Confessori and Matos had some creative differences. Confessori owned the Shaman name resulting in the other members leaving the band. Bruno Alexandre Sutter de Lima (born June 13, 1979) is a Brazilian singer-songwriter, bassist, record producer, actor, humorist, YouTuber, voice actor, and television music and talent competition judge. MILF (, as if read as "milf") is an acronym that stands for "Mother I'd Like to Fuck". This abbreviation is used in colloquial English, instead of the whole phrase. Shaman (band)
Shaman is a Brazilian progressive and power metal band assembled in 2000 by three musicians who left the band Angra – Andre Matos, Luis Mariutti and Ricardo Confessori. The band was completed with guitar player Hugo Mariutti (Luis' younger brother – both of them also play in another band called Henceforth). Shaman changed its name to Shaaman due to legal reasons, but the issue was solved and they renamed it back to Shaman. In October 2006, Andre Matos officially left the band along with the Mariutti brothers. Confessori reformed the band with a new line-up featuring Thiago Bianchi on vocals, Léo Mancini on guitars, Fernando Quesada on bass and Junior Carelli on keyboards. Hermes & Renato, known as Banana Mecânica from 2010 to 2013, is a Brazilian comedy troupe formed in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro in 1999 (and based in São Paulo as of 2002) by childhood friends Marco Antônio Alves, Fausto Fanti, Adriano Silva (also occasionally credited as Adriano Pereira), Felipe Torres and Bruno Sutter (later joined by Gil Brother from 2002 to 2008, and by Franco Fanti, Fausto's brother, from 2015 onwards), whose name was taken from the first characters they ever created for their sketches: Hermes (played by Alves) and Renato (played by Fausto). Angra is a Brazilian power metal band formed in 1991. They have released nine regular studio albums, five EPs, and three live CD/DVDs to date. Led by Rafael Bittencourt, the band has gained a degree of popularity in Japan and Europe.
