Live Fast Motorsports is an American professional stock car racing team that currently competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series. It is owned by B. J. McLeod, Matt Tifft, and Joe Falk. The team currently fields the No. 78 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for driver/owner McLeod and several other drivers, in a technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing. History Car No. 78 history B. J. McLeod and ringers (2021–present) On May 13, 2020, B. J. McLeod announced that his team, B. J. McLeod Motorsports, would be running part-time in the Cup Series with him as the driver. On October 23, 2020, it was announced that McLeod and Matt Tifft had teamed up with Joe Falk to acquire the charter from Go Fas Racing. Matt Tifft
Matthew Kenneth Tifft (born June 26, 1996) is an American former professional stock car racing driver, and current team owner. He last competed in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 36 Ford Mustang for Front Row Motorsports until health issues cut his 2019 season short. In 2020, with his racing career in question due to a past brain tumor and a diagnosis of epilepsy, he became part owner of Live Fast Motorsports with B. J. McLeod & Joe Falk, becoming the youngest current team owner in NASCAR. Tifft also was named to the 2022 Forbes 30 under 30 Class. Kyle R. Tilley (born 16 February 1988) is a British professional racing driver. He mainly competes in historic motorsport and sports car racing such as the Historic Formula One Championship and IMSA SportsCar Championship; in IMSA, he drives in the LMP2 class for his team Era Motorsport. Shane M. Golobic (born August 15, 1991) is an American professional dirt track racing driver. He competes in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and United States Auto Club (USAC) National Midget Series for Matt Wood Racing. Scott Heckert
Scott Heckert (born November 21, 1993) is an American professional racing driver. He previously drove full-time in NASCAR for three years in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East; in the last of those years, 2015, he finished second in the point standings. Heckert has also driven in the ARCA Racing Series, the Blancpain GT World Challenge America, NASCAR Cup Series, and the NASCAR Xfinity Series during his career. Racing career NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Heckert's first season in the series, 2013, saw him log only two top ten finishes for team owner B. J. McLeod.
