Liu Jinguo
Liu Jinguo (; born April 1955) is a Chinese politician and public security official who is serving as a secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Communist Party. Since 2014 he has served as Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Previously he held various senior posts at the Ministry of Public Security. Biography Liu was born in Changli County, Hebei Province in April 1955, to an ordinary family of farmers. He was the second of six children. After graduating high school, he returned to his hometown to farm. Liu joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1975 and he became involved in politics in December 1976, when he became village party chief. In September 1983, he was admitted to the provincial party school on recommendation. Thereafter he progressively made his way up the ranks. National Supervisory Commission
National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China is the highest anti-corruption agency of the People's Republic of China, at the same administrative ranking as Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate. Its operations are merged with the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Chinese Communist Party. The National Supervision Commission was formed at the first session of the 13th National People's Congress in 2018. The Commission includes the director, deputy director, and ordinary members and the director is appointed by the National People's Congress. The Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party (), commonly known as the Central Party School (), located in Beijing, is the higher education institution which trains Chinese Communist Party (CCP) cadres. Che Jun (; born July 1955) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2017 as the Communist Party Secretary of Zhejiang. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Politics of Zhejiang, Governor of Zhejiang. Che began his career in Anhui province, and rose to prominence taking charge of Shijiazhuang in the aftermath of the Chinese milk scandal and being dispatched to Xinjiang following the July 2009 Ürümqi riots. Xingang Port Oil Spill
The Xingang Port oil spill is a spill that occurred in July 2010 caused by a rupture and subsequent explosion of two crude oil pipelines that run to an oil storage depot of the China National Petroleum Corporation in Xingang Harbour, Dalian, Liaoning Province, China. The 1,500 tonnes of oil spilled from the pipes created a slick in the Yellow Sea that grew to within a week. By July 21, the spill had spread to , and stretched as far as along the coast. Incident The spill occurred after a process to desulfurize oil in a pipeline at the port began, triggering a fire which subsequently burned for 15 hours. The fire burned from oil that was released from a filled storage tank with a 90,000 ton capacity that collapsed as a result of the fire. Hebei Province
Hebei or , (; alternately Hopeh) is a northern province of China. Hebei is China's sixth most populous province, with over 75 million people. Shijiazhuang is the capital city.
