Liu Chien-sin
Liu Chien-sin or Jason Liu (; born 8 June 1968) is a Taiwanese politician. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary-General to the President on 21 April 2018, and the acting Secretary-General to the President on three occasions the latest being on 2 August 2020. He served short tenures for each appointment. Liu was appointed as the Secretary-General of the Examination Yuan on 1 September 2020. Examination Yuan
The Examination Yuan is the civil service commission branch, in charge of validating the qualification of civil servants, of the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan). It has a president, a vice president, and seven to nine members, all of whom are nominated by the president of the republic and confirmed by the Legislative Yuan for four-year terms according to Republic of China laws. President Of The Republic Of China
The president of the Republic of China, now often referred to as the president of Taiwan, is the head of state of the Republic of China (ROC), as well as the commander-in-chief of the Republic of China Armed Forces. The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is a Taiwanese nationalist and centre-left political party in the Republic of China (Taiwan). Harry Ho-jen Tseng () is a Taiwanese diplomat who has served a deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan since 2020 and its representative to Canada since 2022. Career Tseng worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) between 1985 and 1989, leaving to pursue advanced degrees in the United States. He graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1991, and continued doctoral studies at the University of Virginia. After completing his studies, Tseng returned to the foreign ministry on the advice of David Lee in 1993. By 2002, Tseng was a section chief at MOFA's Department of North American affairs and an English–Chinese translator for President Chen Shui-bian. He was later appointed department head.
