''Little Lost Blues'' by Bonny Billy is the third compilation of singles and rarities by Will Oldham. Will Oldham
Joseph Will Oldham (born January 15, 1970) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. From 1993 to 1997, he performed and recorded in collaboration with dozens of other musicians under variations of Palace (Palace, Palace Flophouse, Palace Brothers, Palace Songs, and Palace Music). After briefly publishing music under his own name, in 1998 he adopted Bonnie "Prince" Billy as the name for most of his work. Early life and education Oldham was born on January 15, 1970, in Louisville, Kentucky. His mother, Joanne Lei Will Tafel Oldham, was a teacher and artist. His father, Joseph Collins Oldham, was an attorney and photographer. Oldham graduated from the J. Graham Brown School in 1988. He attended Brown University sporadically while pursuing a career as an actor, and living between Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and Bloomington, Indiana. ''Guarapero/Lost Blues 2'' is an album by Will Oldham, released in 2000. It is his second compilation of singles, rarities, and live performances, after ''Lost Blues and Other Songs'' (1997). A third Oldham compilation, ''Little Lost Blues'', was released in 2006. The lyrics of "The Risen Lord," an alternative version of which appeared on the 2004 EP ''Black/Rich Music'', are taken from a poem by D. H. Lawrence. "Big Balls" is a version of a song by AC/DC (with lyrics rewritten by Oldham), and "Every Mother's Son" was originally performed by Lynyrd Skynyrd. George Jones
George Glenn Jones (September 12, 1931 – April 26, 2013) was an American country musician, singer, and songwriter. Kevin Coyne (27 January 1944 – 2 December 2004) was an English musician, singer, composer, film-maker, and a writer of lyrics, stories and poems. The "anti-star" was born in Derby, Derbyshire, England, and died in his adopted home of Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. Coyne is notable for his unorthodox style of blues-influenced guitar composition, the intense quality of his vocal delivery, and his bold treatment, in his lyrics, of injustice to the mental illness, mentally ill.
