Little Deaths (film)
''Little Deaths'' is a 2011 British anthology horror film written and directed by Sean Hogan, Andrew Parkinson, and Simon Rumley. The film has three segments: ''House & Home'', ''Mutant Tool'', and ''Bitch''. Each segment is directed by a different author and are unrelated to one another in any way other than sharing a theme of sex and death. Critical reviews for ''Little Deaths'' were polarized and the United Kingdom DVD release had to have some portions removed due to their sexually violent content. Synopsis House and Home In Sean Hogan's segment, Richard (Luke de Lacey) and Victoria (Siubhan Harrison) are a married couple who try to alleviate their boredom by picking up homeless women under the guise of a Christian charity, with the intent to abuse them sexually. But when they pick up Sorrow, they soon discover that they have taken on more than they can handle, and that Sorrow is not exactly the woman she appears to be. Simon Rumley
Simon Rumley (born 22 May 1968) is a British screenwriter, director and author. Mostly associated with the horror genre, he was described by '' Screen International'' as "one of the great British cinematic outsiders, a gifted director with the know-how to puncture the conventions". He has won several awards and worked with, among others, Roger Lloyd-Pack, Greta Scacchi, Noah Taylor and Peter Facinelli. Career After starting out as a runner, Rumley began writing short and feature scripts, including Club Le Monde, after which he was invited onto the Carlton Television Writing Course. After writing and directing four short films including 'Laughter' which was nominated for a 'Dick Award' at London's ICA, Rumley wrote, produced and directed ''Strong Language'', which was picked up by the company Stranger Than Fiction. Scott Ainslie
Scott John Ainslie (born 27 December 1968) is a British politician and actor. He was elected as a Green Party Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for London in the 2019 European parliamentary election. He held this role until the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU. Ainslie is also a councillor representing St Leonard's Ward on the Lambeth Council in London since 2014. Early life and local political career Scott John Ainslie was born on 27 December 1968 in Edinburgh. He grew up in a council flat, and has one younger sister.
